The Hotel will also offer individuals the opportunity to make online reservations by visiting the Hotel’s web site (JW Marriott Chicago). Reservation code for online reservations is “ieeieea”. The reservation code is needed to be referenced by the conference attendees when making online hotel reservations.

In order to take advantage of the above negotiated Group Rate, the reservation cut-off date is August 12, 2011 at 5:00 PM (U.S. Central) time, on a first come, first served basis. Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel on a space available basis at the Group Rate.
