Conference Registration

All VPPC conference authors must register and pay a full registration fee (not student or life member registration fee) for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings by June 30, 2011. A full registration covers up to two papers of the author. The fee for each additional paper is $195. The deadline for advance registration is June 30, 2011. Registration will open in May 2011. You can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), wire transfer, international bank transfer, or check/money order. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Author registration fees must be received together with the final paper. Non-authors must register by June 30, 2011 to qualify for advance registration fees. Registrations received after that date will be processed at the on-site rate.A full registration fee includes one electronic copy of the VPPC conference proceedings. It also includes plenary, dialogue/poster, and oral sessions (technical tracks, special sessions, special presentation only sessions, and panel discussions), tutorials, educational short courses, morning and afternoon break refreshments (six breaks), two lunches, welcome reception, public/media night, and banquet. A student registration fee includes the same items. Registration fees do not include a hard copy of the conference proceedings, transportation expenses, or hotel accommodations.

Cancellation Refund

Cancellation before July 1, 2011: 90% refund
Cancellation before August 1, 2011: 50% refund
Cancellation before September 1, 2011: 25% refund
Otherwise (during or after the event): no refund
